Reformer Foundations
Low intensity and unhurried. Learn the reformer, your breath and neutral spine, ideal for first-timers or anyone returning after a break. Every class builds control first.

Reformer Flow
Our signature full-body class at a moderate pace. Flowing sequences link strength, mobility and balance, with options to scale each exercise up or down on the day.
View class

Reformer Sculpt
Moderate to high intensity with a strength focus. A slower tempo, light weights and longer holds build muscle endurance. Best once Foundations or Flow feels familiar.
View class

Reformer Burn
High intensity cardio intervals on the jumpboard, paired with strength blocks on the reformer. Expect to sweat. Best for confident movers with a steady Pilates base.

Mat Pilates
Bodyweight control on the mat with small props such as rings, balls and bands. Moderate intensity, and a smart way to keep your practice going at home or away.

Restore
Low intensity mobility, stretch and recovery. Slow sequences on the reformer and mat open up the hips, spine and shoulders. A good partner for Sculpt or Burn weeks.

FAQ
Which class is
right for me?
Still deciding? Call the studio on 07 5550 2140 or ask at the front desk, and we will point you to the right first class.
Contact the studioI have never done Pilates. Where should I start?
Start with Reformer Foundations. It teaches the reformer, your breath and neutral spine at a low intensity, and most people take it for four to eight weeks before moving into Flow.
What is the difference between reformer and mat Pilates?
Reformer classes use a sliding carriage, springs and straps for resistance and support. Mat Pilates uses your body weight and small props. Both build the same control, and the reformer makes each exercise easier to adjust.
Should I book Clinical Pilates or a group class?
If you are managing pain, an injury or a recent surgery, book a clinical assessment first. Our physiotherapist will tell you whether group classes suit you yet, and which ones.
How do I know when to move up a level?
Your instructor will suggest it. As a guide, move from Foundations to Flow once you can set up the reformer on your own and hold a neutral spine through each exercise.
Can I mix different classes in one week?
Yes. Many members pair two strength classes such as Sculpt or Burn with one Restore. Memberships and class packs cover every group format.
