Aero is at James Street in Burleigh Heads, close to Justins Park and the beach. Parking is free right outside the studio, so you can arrive ten minutes early for your first class without circling the block.

Plan your first visitHow quickly will you reply to my enquiry?
We reply to emails and form messages within one business day. Calls during studio hours are answered between classes, so if we miss you, leave a message and we will call back the same day.
Can I change or cancel a booking by phone?
Yes, but the Aero app is quickest. Cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit; later cancellations use the credit.
Do I need a referral for Clinical Pilates?
No referral is needed. Your first session is a physio-led assessment with a written program, and health fund rebates may apply depending on your cover.
Is there parking at the studio?
Yes. Parking is free right out front. Arrive ten minutes early for your first class so we can set you up on the reformer.
