Restore
A slow mobility, stretch and recovery class in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. Gentle sequences on the reformer and mat open up the hips, spine and shoulders at a low intensity, in a class of ten or fewer. A good partner for Sculpt or Burn weeks.

What a class looks like
Forty-five slower minutes.
Each class starts on the mat with breath and a few minutes to arrive, then moves onto the reformer, where light springs support the spine, hips and shoulders through a comfortable range.
Expect long, supported stretches, slow spinal articulation, hip openers and gentle shoulder work, with bolsters and blocks to rest on. Nothing is held at the edge of your range, and there is time to adjust between each position.
We finish back on the mat with a longer stretch and a quiet minute. Many members book Restore once a week alongside Sculpt or Burn.

Member review
“Restore is my Sunday reset after a week of Burn. Ella’s cues are so calm that I walk out lighter than I walked in.”

FAQ
Is Restore suitable for beginners?
Yes. Restore is low intensity and open to all levels. Your instructor sets up the reformer with you and offers options for every position.
Is Restore a stretch class or a Pilates class?
Both. It uses the Pilates principles of breath and control, with more time in supported stretches and slow mobility than in strength work.
Can I mix Restore with other classes?
Yes. Many members pair two strength classes such as Sculpt or Burn with one Restore. Memberships and class packs cover every group format.
What should I bring and wear?
Fitted activewear, grip socks and a water bottle, plus a light layer for the final stretch. Grip socks are required and available at the front desk.
How many people are in a class?
Ten at most, one per Merrithew reformer, so your instructor can see and adjust every position.
